Shop & Operator Services

Fill Open Seats on Your Hangar Floor With Licensed Engineers.

Supplying approved Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul organizations and airline technical operations with verified, licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for contract and surge work packages. Tell us what a contractor must complete before they start. We run that package first.

RIGHT RATINGS

Type-Qualified & Current

We verify active Transport Canada licences, currency, and type experience before a candidate is put forward for your fleet.

SURGE COVERAGE

Check Overruns & Line Surges

When a C check expands or unscheduled work packages pile up, bring in targeted contract support to keep turnaround on schedule.

CLEAN BILLING

One Contract, Single Invoice

No endless recruiter calls and no payroll clutter. One agreement with Elevon Technical Operations covers the contract.

Ready for Arrival

The engineer walks onto the floor ready to work, not ready to sit in a classroom.

Aircraft Maintenance Engineers sent by Elevon Technical Operations are not raw hires. The shop names the start package. We get that package done before day one. You keep the certificate, the procedures, and the signoff. We supply a person who has already cleared your own start list. Typical items a shop may name — not a promise of every item every time — include shop induction, safety and human factors refreshers the shop names, airside or hangar access steps the shop names, tool and quality rules the shop names, and any short familiarization the shop treats as mandatory before a contractor touches an aircraft.

SHOP NAMES THE LIST

You Name the Required Start Package

Tell us what a contractor must complete before they start. You set the list for that station. We do not invent a course menu.

DONE BEFORE DAY ONE

We Complete It Before the First Shift

Elevon Technical Operations runs the package you named so the first week of a late check is not burned on induction. Licence and ratings still have to match the job. This is your gate to the floor, not a new trade licence and not a training school.

READY TO WORK

They Arrive Able to Work Under Your Rules

The engineer shows up ready to work under your Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul procedures. You still own the certificate and the signoff. You are not asked to skip your own induction forever — we run the start list you set.

Operational Boundaries

What Your Shop Owns vs. What Elevon Technical Operations Owns

We do not hold a maintenance approval or sign off aircraft. The shop stays responsible for the certificate and the work. Elevon Technical Operations supplies vetted people.
