Paid Contract Work Without Tying Yourself to One Employer.
For Canadian-licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers seeking contract, project, or travel work. Concrete aircraft types, confirmed shift patterns, and reliable payment terms. Paid work now. A path into profit share and ownership for engineers who stay in the work.
Some assignments require shop training before the first shift. Elevon Technical Operations runs that with you so the start date holds. This is the shop's gate to the floor, not a school.
Confirmed Fleet & Shifts
You get the aircraft type, station, shift pattern, and work package details upfront so you can make a clear decision.
No 40-Minute Phone Screens
We verify your Transport Canada licence and ratings once. When a matching contract opens, we confirm dates and deploy.
No Consumer Subscriptions
Engineers never pay fees or subscriptions to be on our roster. Shops pay for filled seats; you get paid for your hours.
The people on the tools can own part of the company that places them.
Elevon Technical Operations is a two-part offer for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers. You take the work. Over time, you can also share the upside. Shops still pay for filled seats. They do not buy a stake. Terms are set with people who qualify, not by a web form.
Paid Work Now
Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers take confirmed assignments: aircraft type, station, dates, and pay terms on the job. Shops pay for the labour. You get paid for the hours.
A Path to Profit Share
Engineers who stay in the work can share in profit. This is a path, not a grant. Filling a form does not give you a share of profit.
A Path to Company Ownership
There is a path to own a piece of Elevon Technical Operations. Not every engineer is already an owner. Terms are set with people who qualify.
Use the contact form. Checking a box asks for a conversation. It does not grant an interest in the company.
